The Client agrees to provide accurate information about their business and workflow. They must ensure their team is available to respond to opportunities and follow up on estimates.

Fees are due upon signing and are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted only if the Client fails to meet the agreed-upon performance targets within 60 days of implementation.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Foxhollow Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. The Client agrees to indemnify us for any claims arising from their use of the services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Castle Rock, CO.
